01 How is a custom platform different from a standard LMS?
A standard LMS gives you a predefined set of features and workflows. We start with your business model, users, processes and growth plans, then design the platform around them.
The result is not a template adapted to your business — it is a product built specifically for how your business needs to work.
02 What happens during Discovery?
We start with a short free consultation to understand the idea, the current product and the scope at a high level.
If there is a fit, we define the Discovery scope and price. Discovery starts from $500 and can increase to several thousand dollars depending on the complexity of the platform.
During Discovery, we work through requirements, user flows, architecture, integrations, scope, timeline and development cost. By the end, you have a clear plan for what will be built and what it will take to deliver it.
03 Can you rebuild or scale an existing product?
Yes — but we usually do not continue development directly on someone else's codebase.
In many cases, fixing and extending legacy architecture becomes slower and more expensive than rebuilding the critical parts properly.
We first analyze the existing product, its users, workflows and technical limitations, then recommend a modern architecture and migration approach designed around your current business.
04 Do you stay involved after launch?
Yes. We offer different collaboration models depending on the product and the client's internal team.
In practice, most of our projects continue into a monthly development and support model after launch. We maintain the platform, add new features, improve existing flows and help the product scale as the business evolves.
05 How do scope changes work?
The scope, cost and delivery timeline are agreed after Discovery and become the baseline for development.
If new ideas or requirements appear during the project, we discuss them before adding them to the scope. Small changes can often be absorbed into the existing plan; larger changes are estimated separately so you can see their impact on cost and timeline before approving them.
The agreed scope is still delivered on the agreed terms.
